Ready to learn something new? Maybe a new hobby? Create a special gift? This class is designed for those that want to explore a little further into fusing, and want a bit more control and guidance along the way.
You can take this class 100 times and it can always be a new adventure: adding skills and knowledge as you go. It's all about fused glass and what it can do - and what YOU can do! Ages 10 to adult are welcome to join in.
Basic dexterity and hand strength are an important factor in being able to use the tools provided.

Everything is included in your menu price - instruction, materials and firing.
And keep in mind, you don't have to create a square project based on the menu, that is just a measurement for square footage.

Walk me through it...
Fusing 101
The first 30-45 minutes we learn the basics - safety, fusible ingredients, and of course - how to cut glass!
Once you've taken this class a few times, you may feel comfortable enough to skip this part. But a refresher is always nice - more practice!
Choose your design
After learning the basics, you get a chance to pick the size of your project and discuss your idea with your instructor.
You can bring ideas with you, a photo to inspire, or an idea from Pinterest! We have lots of ideas on-site, and all our social media has ideas too.
Creative Time!
Now you cut, you stack, you design -till it's ready for the kiln. Actual creative time is around 90-120 minutes.
Didn't finish in time? Big project? We can always schedule follow up sessions to complete your piece. Some projects require it.
